Our rhodium-plated jewelry comes with a limited 3-month color warranty, valid only when cared for properly. This warranty covers natural fading or discoloration caused by material fault. It does not cover damage caused by water, sweat, perfume, rough use, or improper storage.

To claim warranty, original packaging must be provided, and all claims are subject to Al-lama’a’s quality inspection and final approval. For long-lasting shine, avoid moisture and store your jewelry in a dry pouch after each use.
