2. Exchange Only If:
You may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery if:

You received a damaged or broken item

You received the wrong product
To qualify for an exchange, you must send:

A clear unboxing video (from the moment the parcel is opened)

3. Conditions for Exchange Approval:

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Exchange requests after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
