At Al-lama’a Fine Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our priority — but due to the delicate and personal nature of jewelry, we follow a strict return policy:

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is sold.

  • All sales are final due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Exchange Only If:

You may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged or broken item

  • You received the wrong product

To qualify for an exchange, you must send:

  • A clear unboxing video (from the moment the parcel is opened)

  • Photos showing the issue

  • Your order details via WhatsApp

3. Conditions for Exchange Approval:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Exchange requests after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted

  • We do not offer exchanges based on personal dislike, size/fit, or change of mind

4. Shipping for Exchange:

  • If your exchange is approved, return shipping costs may apply
