1. Product Authenticity

All our jewelry is 100% original, handcrafted, and made from premium, high-quality materials.

Our products are skin-friendly, but we are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
2. Order Confirmation

Orders are only confirmed after an advance payment of Rs. 300 (delivery charges).

Customers must send a payment screenshot via WhatsApp after making the transfer.
3. Delivery & Shipping

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen reasons.

Delivery charges vary based on your location.
4. Return & Exchange Policy

Jewelry items are hygiene-sensitive and non-returnable & non-refundable.

Exchange is only possible if:

The product is damaged upon arrival.

A wrong item is delivered.

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos and proof via WhatsApp.
5. Payment Methods

We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, Sadapay, and Nayapay.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in selected areas on full payment confirmation.
